REBIN rebins a set of maps in one SAD file with physical
units consisting of equal increments of pixels, wavelength, log(wavelength),
frequency, or log(frequency) to equal increments of pixels, wavelength,
log(wavelength), frequency, or log(frequency) in another SAD file. The
calibration between the input and output physical units can be input
manually or taken from a file. If the calibration is taken from a file
written by option CO (COMPARSLINES) which relates wavelength to pixel
location say, then each input row is allowed to have an independent
calibration. If the calibration is input manually, then all rows are
treated equally. The rebinned map will have a uniform calibration with
row however.
