      SPECKLFLAT is a module which flat-fields images in a Univ. of Mich.
 formatted speckle file and writes them to a new SAD file according to
 the formula
    NEW = ((OLD - BIAS_OLD - (DARK - AV_DARK))/FLATFIELD)*AV_FLAT
 where BIAS_OLD is the average of the five edge rows and columns of the
 old SAD file if a real bias is not available, AV_D is the average of the
 dark frame, and AV_F is the average of the flat field file.
